FETAC LEVEL 6 AWARD ***OPTIC FIBRE CABLE INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN***: "FIBRE SPLICING"

This Optic Fibre Installation course is a new award in the FETAC Telecommunications group of training courses, and will become one of the most important courses to complete by those wanting to move into a career focusing on fibre optic cabling, splicing and jointing.

You may already be an engineer but have no formal qualification because you have completed on the job training. You may believe your years of experience qualify you. However more and more companies, councils, universities etc, are requiring companies, contractors, engineers and their employees to have formal qualifications, regardless whether you have completed manufacturers training or not.

Online training and DVD training on its own cannot replace hands on practical, it has no industry approval and is valueless.

However to enable a focus on practical activity when you attend at our training centre, we are providing some of the required theory in a distance home learning format. If your working and have family commitments, Don't be concerned in the slightest about time pressure. We provide you with plenty of time to complete this and an easy to follow study plan.
